The house was purchased with cash and a contract was made with someone claiming to be the project owner. The project owner said that if the purchase was made with

cash, construction could be started and the transfer could be made immediately when it was completed, no problem. However, half had to be paid first in order to expedite construction to completion on the agreed upon date. The victim paid 1 million baht and paid for built-in furniture, approximately 700,000 baht, with a clear contract specifying the transfer date.

But when the day of transfer came according to the contract, the project owner claimed that his house was built close to someone else's land without permission to build close to the area, so he asked for time to clear up the problem first and made an attached contract specifying a new transfer date. And after that, he was constantly put off transferring until the owner himself found out the truth later that the house could not be transferred

Therefore, when asked for the truth, the answer was that the mortgagee and the project owner were in business together, building houses. We sell together, but when there is a problem, we blame each other for 2 years. I gave them a chance to clear up the problem, but they didn't.
